You'll first sit down with our team so we can get an understanding of what you need and your budget, and we can start planning your new home.
Step Two.
Design
From there, we can bring your ideas into reality. We'll come up with the design for your dream home.
Step Three.
Price
Once the budget or agreement with the bank is finalised, we will create a fixed-price contract.
Step Four.
Consent
We can help you get consent. Lots of planning and paperwork are needed. We do it all.
Step Five.
Build
Build, build, build; we'll keep you in the loop through the whole process and make sure you're aware of the timeline.
Step Six.
Move In!
Once the building is completed, we decorate and add the finishing touches. After that, we can take you through your brand new dream home.
